Siri Veseth

Psychologist

Siri is a psychologist with over 13 years of experience, working with people across all stages of life — from children to older adults. Her career has taken her through inpatient and outpatient settings, both public and private, and she has supported individuals, couples, groups, and even corporate teams. Along the way, she has worked with people from a wide variety of cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds, giving her a truly broad and inclusive perspective.

Over the years, Siri has developed a deep passion for psychodynamic therapy and group analytic therapy, and has chosen to specialise in these approaches. She is especially interested in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, personality challenges, addiction, eating disorders, or emotional struggles such as shame, emptiness, or feeling like they don’t quite fit in. She believes that shame often holds people back from embracing their authentic selves — and that therapy can be a way to step out of the hamster wheel and into a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Siri also integrates art therapy and holistic practices into her work, creating space for each person’s unique story to unfold. She holds the view that while each of us has a deeply personal history, we often share more in common with others than we realise — and that uncovering these connections together, whether in individual therapy, couples work, or groups, can be profoundly healing.

Having lived on five continents, Siri brings a wide, open-minded, and culturally diverse perspective to her practice. She is especially sensitive to questions of identity, belonging, and heritage, and is deeply curious about how the places and people we come from shape us. She believes we are all constantly evolving, and that sometimes we just need a little help to understand what’s keeping us stuck and to keep moving forward on that journey.

Outside the therapy room, Siri can often be found immersed in creative projects. She loves reading, staying active, and trying her best to cut down on screen time.
